Background and Professional Leadership
Rob joined icare NSW in August 2021 and is responsible for the leadership of icare's Reform Strategy and program of work, including governance structures, key policies, core processes, communication and change strategy to ensure effective implementation across the organisation.
Prior to joining icare NSW, Rob was employed as Chief Commercial Officer with Achmea and was also previously employed with the Commonwealth Bank of Australia for 11 years in various executive roles including large people leadership and Program Directorship positions. This included leading business and customer reform post the Banking Royal Commission. Rob holds a Bachelor of Business degree and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
