Engagement across the University
Paul Fenton joins QUT in January 2023 in the role of Director, Equity with responsibility for the development and delivery of services that maximise student inclusion, support and engagement across the University.
Background and Leadership
Currently, Director of the Secretary of Education’s Office at the Ministry of Education in New Zealand, Paul leads the delivery of a suite of behaviour, wellbeing and equity programmes across the NZ schooling network. Prior experience includes as Executive Director Student Success at the Universal College of Learning and Director Student Learning & Experience at The Auckland University of Technology. Paul holds a BA (Honours) in Clinical Psychology & Neuropsychology from the University of Auckland and Bachelor of Arts from Massey University.
